Requirements
- Strong understanding of both Blizzard Entertainment’s fansite communities and multiplayer communities, as well as current Internet community trends and technologies
- Proactive attitude, especially regarding the implementation of new Blizzard Entertainemtn community projects
- Strong written and spoken communication skills combined with a passion for gaming
- Strong customer-service skills and a professional attitude
- Diligence to consistently follow up on open subjects in the forums
- Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available on call
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks on time with little supervision
- Ability to exercise good independent judgment and discretion
- Available for occasional travel
- Proficiency with MS Office
